Reviews and Ratings
Jetwing Lagoon is a beautiful hotel with a stunning lagoon view and an impressive 100m swimming pool, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with a standout open bathroom experience. However, my recent stay was marred by service shortcomings and issues with cleanliness in the dining area. While the food was delicious, the slow service and presence of flies were disappointing for such an upscale hotel. Overall, it's a lovely place but needs improvement in service and maintenance.
We had a really nice but short stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated in style. I loved the massive pool, and the dining options were enjoyable with a good variety of dishes. However, some aspects of the service were inconsistent, and there were areas that could use some refurbishment. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to unwind after a long journey.
My stay at the hotel was initially a dream come true with an unexpected upgrade and access to amazing amenities. The long pool was a highlight, and I enjoyed the Ayurvedic treatment at the spa, which was out of this world! However, service was a bit uneven, especially in the dining area, which could use more staff support to match the hotel's standards. Overall, it has a lot of potential and unique offerings but needs a little improvement in service consistency.
Jetwing Lagoon is a beautifully designed hotel that harmonizes with nature, featuring magnificent architecture by Bawa. The spacious rooms offer a unique outdoor bathroom experience that I found delightful. The pool is breathtakingly long and hardly crowded, perfect for a refreshing swim. Dining was enjoyable, especially the seafood dishes, with very reasonable prices for a hotel of this caliber. However, I felt some security concerns as the hotel opens directly to the street, which could use improvement.
I had mixed feelings during my stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a fantastic pool and lovely grounds, making it great for relaxation. However, I found the rooms to be quite small and lacking privacy, which was a letdown. The dining service was inconsistent, especially during breakfast, even though the overall food quality was decent. While I appreciated the comfort and effort of the staff, there are definitely areas that need improvement regarding service and overall experience.
